• Provides strategic direction and vision for the society's growth and development.
• Coordinates with other executive members to implement initiatives and achieve goals.

Vice President/ Deputy Chairperson: Kavithe

• Assists the president in their duties and responsibilities.
• Assumes the president's role in their absence or when delegated.
• Takes the lead on specific projects or initiatives assigned by the president.
• Provides support and guidance to other executive members as needed.
• Collaborates with the president to develop strategies and plans for the society.

Training and Development Officer: Anita

• Designs and implements training programs, workshops, and resources to support members' skills development and knowledge enhancement.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and mentorship to members to improve their debating, public speaking, and critical thinking abilities.
• Organizes practice debates, mock competitions, and feedback sessions to facilitate skill-building and confidence-building.
• Identifies training needs and opportunities for members at different skill levels and tailors programs accordingly.
• Collaborates with academic advisors, alumni, and external experts to enhance training offerings and resources.
